Wake Night Support Worker - Sunnydale

Package Description

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking experienced Wake Nights Mental Health Support Worker - Hourly rate of £9 weekdays and £10.30 weekends plus £500 welcome bonus – Shift Rota would include working 3 weekends and 1 off in a 4 week period.

Sunnydale supports up to 10 adults with a range of mental health diagnoses, some of which may involve drugs and/or alcohol. Whatever the cause we want the best for the people in our care and place great importance on outcomes and quality of life. We look at what can be achieved for each person, to suit his or her abilities, interests and needs. We work within a positive environment to encourage confidence, and bring structure, inclusion and opportunity into their lives through 24/7 support, and close working with local teams.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individuals independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.

Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
