Supported Living Deputy Service Manager - £10.29 per hour – We are urgently seeking full time (40 hours per week) Deputy Manager to join our Supported Living team in Gloucester

We are recruiting a Deputy Manager for our Supported Living services in Gloucester to assist the Service Manager to plan and develop services and to formulate the appropriate strategies and procedures. As the Deputy Manager you will support with the day to day management of staff to ensure the delivery of around 1000 hours per week of person-centred support services for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home.

We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:
- Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Supported Living setting
- Live within the Gloucester area
- Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
- A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
- A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
