Deputy Home Manager - Bryn Irfon

Deputy Home Manager - £25,500 per annum working - 46.5 hours per week

Some change the world of individuals - Bryn Irfon supports up to 8 adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.

Minimum requirements are:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a senior capacity
  • Must have NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4 (CFW requirement)
  • Proven ability to lead a staff team and manage a home in the managers absence
  • Strong organisational skills
