Deputy Care Home Manager - £10.54 per hour plus *£500 welcome bonus – 35 hours per week - Worcester

Bethany Lodge is a residential home in Worcester which supports up to 7 adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Asperger’s Syndrome. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence and meets individual’s specific needs. Through our outcomes focused approach, we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives, our staff are our heroes and they need a leader!

We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:

  • Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities and / or Autism
  • Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
  • A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • A good understanding of commercial principles and practices

*£500 Welcome bonus - scheme payable in 2 payments of 50% in month one and 50% paid upon successful completion of a satisfactory 6 months probationary period providing the employee is still employed, hasn’t resigned and is not working their notice. This scheme is eligible to all applicants applying for a role before 31st March 2022. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time
